The Team

As the founder of Beauty Lab Cosmetics, Courtney is a firm believer that cosmetic procedures should only enhance one’s beauty, not change it. Courtney has a background in acute care, Baccalaureate of Science in Nursing degree, and several years of experience in aesthetics as a trained cosmetic laser technician, laser safety officer, and now cosmetic injector. Her experience in various nursing and cosmetic positions allows her to have a deeper understanding of patient care, human anatomy and aesthetics as a whole.

Courtney resides in Tucson with her husband and two dogs. In her free time, she enjoys quality time with her family which includes activities such as going on walks, reading, traveling, cooking, and baking.

Courtney is an active  member of the Sigma Theta Tau Honors Society in Nursing as well as a member of the International Society of Plastic and Aesthetic Nurses, where she continues education in order to provide the most up-to-date and safe practices to all of her patients.

As a key part of the growing Team, Jillian is an experienced Esthetician and Phlebotomist. Specializing in Facials, Dermaplaning, Microneedling and PRP "Vampire Facial". Jillian is a Wife, Mother and incredibly passionate about her clients getting the best results. Her biggest supporters are her Husband Christian, their three children and two french Bulldogs. Fitness is her passion. She loves everything skincare and strives to make her clients feel and look their best through her work. Her favorite treatments are Microneedling and Chemical Peels. Her favorite skin care product is Retinol "The Holy Grail" of skin care. 

Medical Director. Dr. Laura is a trained practitioner of both natural and traditional medicine. As a Naturopathic Medical Doctor. Dr. Laura is trained in the various disciplines of integrative/alternative medicine: acupuncture, homeopathy, nutrition, environmental medicine, botanical medicine and detoxification. Dr. Laura specializes in aesthetics, Botox, fillers, nutrition, vitamin therapies and bio-identical hormone therapy. Dr. Miller's biggest fans are her husband along with their 3 children. When she is not practicing, she enjoys spending time with her family, fitness and being outdoors. 

As the practice manager and aesthetician of Beauty Lab Cosmetics, Alex has become an integral part in creating a safe, trusting, and exciting environment for all of our clients. Having three years of aesthetic experience along with multiple certifications, Alex has developed a passion for enhancing her clients self confidence and love for their skin. In Alex's free time, she is either spending quality time with her two kids, in the sand dunes, or at the gym. Her favorite treatment at Beauty Lab Cosmetics is the DiamondGlow Facial. Her favorite skin care products are the SkinMedica HA5 Serum and HA5 Lip System.
